We want to take a moment to explain the request for a credit card to hold your table. It was a difficult decision for us but given the number of no shows, we feel we have no choice. We really want to ensure that everyone that wants to dine with us can and by doing this, guests definitely get in touch with us to cancel their reservation in advance. This allows us to sit guests that do not have a reservation instead of turning them away awaiting reservations that may not come. Please know though that we will only charge your credit card a fee of $25 if you do not cancel your reservation more than 1 hour prior to your reservation and it is only charged 30 minutes after your reservation time. Cancellations or modifications can be made by clicking on the link in the confirmation email, calling us at 905-357-1000 or by emailing email@example.com. We hope you understand.
